How many downloads are allowed per processed file?

Updated this week

Each processed file download link is limited to a maximum of 10 total downloads.

This limit is based on our analysis of typical user download behavior and historical usage patterns. It is designed to comfortably cover normal personal use, including downloading on multiple devices, retrying failed downloads, or keeping a backup copy. For the vast majority of users, 10 downloads is more than sufficient and rarely reached.

Sharing processed download links is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service. Download links are generated for the original purchaser only and are not intended to be shared with others. Unusual or excessive download activity may result in the link being disabled.

Once the download limit is reached, the link will no longer be accessible and cannot be reset or extended automatically.

If you experience multiple failed downloads, you may contact support for assistance. If, based on our review and analysis of your download activity, we can verify that the usage was legitimate and the link was not shared, we may issue a replacement download link at our discretion. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

What can I do if I reached the limit?

Subscription Plans

If you are on a subscription plan, you can process the file again from your dashboard, provided you have available links remaining on your plan. In some cases, if repeated download failures occur and we confirm the usage was legitimate, a replacement download link may be issued without requiring you to process the file again.

One-Time Plans

If you purchased a one-time plan, the processed download link is valid only within the limits described above. Once the download limit is reached, a new purchase is required to process the file again. Replacement links may be issued only in exceptional cases where legitimate usage can be verified.
