For subscription plans, the file size limit applies to each individual link, not the combined total of files within the link. For example, if your plan allows you to download files up to 5GB, you can download up to 5GB per link. If any file within that link exceeds the size limit, the link will be marked as 'Failed,' and your link credits will be returned. You can check the status of 'Failed' links on your dashboard. For more details on why a link failed, click the three-dot menu on the right and select 'Details.'
For one-time plans, if your file exceeds the size limit, we will invoice you for an additional charge to upgrade to a plan that supports your file size. Alternatively, a refund can be provided upon request. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
