Recently, we’ve received multiple tickets from users who thought their files weren’t delivered even after 24 hours. In most cases, the email with the download link was successfully sent but ended up in Gmail’s Spam or Junk folder because it contained a download link.
First, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you find the email, mark it as “Not spam” and move it to your inbox. This not only helps prevent future download emails from being filtered, it also ensures you receive the proper notification when your files are delivered.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact us. We’ll check whether it was delivered and resend the link if needed. All of our links are safe and only lead to the files you ordered. If your purchase was made very recently, your files may still be processing, which is more common with very large files.
