Why does my Google Drive link show an error?

Updated over a week ago

Error: Generic 404

If your Google Drive link shows a 404 error stating that the requested URL was not found, it’s likely that your files were automatically blocked by Google’s scanning system, which checks for malware. Unfortunately, this system can sometimes mistakenly flag files, preventing them from being downloaded.

If you encounter this issue, please contact us at our support email with your transaction receipt, and we’ll provide you with a working download link as quickly as possible!

Error: "Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time"

You may see this error when attempting to download very large files. It happens because Google Drive imposes a temporary download quota on such files. The restriction is usually lifted after 24 hours. Please note that this is a limitation from Google Drive, not something caused by us.
